"It was a much better, cleaner, respectable place when the navy base was open and many of the people who lived here were hard-working military people. I’ve Lived here 16 years. They let me have a garden space, water, trash, plowing are included. The problem is the people they allow to continue living here. The police can be called on the same people all the time for fighting, partying, and lord knows what else, but they keep getting just a slap on the wrist. These are the alcoholic single people who don’t have kids or lives. I know landlords cannot refuse a tenant a dog if the resident has a doctors note, but these apartments are small and some people have multiple big dogs residing with them. But I get a garden. I just wish management would become more choosy when it comes to accepting tenants, and move out the menaces so the good, well behaved, well intentioned people and families who really need a place to live can move in, not party away all their days. Not a very good family place."

"This place is a great environment! Lots of friendly neighbors and parking is always available. The community is great, and you can always find people outside. Large field out back where the kids usually are, and the parking lot is large so people are usually outside."
