"I stayed one block away from this Bar while in Rhode Island for work. I visited this bar a few times and had nothing but great experiences. It is mostly locals at the bar but they welcome outsiders with open arms. If I’m ever in Rhode Island again I plan on visiting Jacks again for sure."
