"They don't care about their patients health. I've been seeing a dermatologist for years. I'm supposed to go every 3 months because I've had melanoma, 3 pre cancerous spots, and a long family history of melanoma. Well, my insurance changed so I needed a referral. My doctor refuses to give me a referral stating they don't have any concerns and I'm not high risk. Well, the specialist certainly thinks otherwise. Or I wouldn't have been going every 3 months. New update: I have been getting an inhaler for 15 years I tried to refill it before I actually needed it. Well they never called back when they said they would so finally after a month of trying to get through to them we set it up an appointment for 2 weeks out. I asked if they can refill my inhaler while I'm waiting for the appointment because I'm getting sick and now I need it. They refused. So they are refusing a medication I need to breathe well, that I have been getting for 15 years. Apparently breathing isn't that important."
"Absolutely horrible company . They do not listen to the patient needs and do not respond in proper time frame in order to treat what the problem could be. Takes forever to get through to anyone - and you have to repeat yourself five times before you get to someone that will understand your needs . They do not update the portal for your profile on time , and do not call you back when they say they will. Things need to change ."
"Avoid this place like the plague. The manager flat out told me if they're docs don't want to give insulin to diabetics and they die because the docs felt they needed to lose weight that's ok. I have that conversation recorded. My doc there committed maleficence and malpractice. Now that I'm out of state, my docs here will probably go to the medical board there to report him. I'm looking at needing multiple surgeries now, in addition to being evaluated for blood clots."
"The staff are always attentive and listen to my concerns. they got the FMLA paperwork I needed for work ready before my job even requested it. They've been great in triaging health concerns I've had, and working around my weird schedule. The facility itself is always clean, and over the past 3 years, I've only had one extended wait. Dr. Cornelio is a wonderful primary care doctor that I would highly recommend."
"Absolutely disappointing, I would not recommend this place to anyone. They do not take the time for there patients. They do not follow up on anything. When you transfer as a patient they do not follow through with getting records. When you have other providers involved in your care they do not follow up with records and treatment. They always seem to not know what your conditions are and why you are there. It's quite a pathetic experience and physicians office. There labs is never open. There physicians never finish paperwork that you request for work. I wouldn't waste your time and money. They make errors all the time and they do not take accountability for it. I've watched many patients family members very upset in the lobby for mistakes the different offices has made between the couple offices they have. It's appalling how there still in business. They do not do anything their patients ask for medical requests to look into issues. They always have some reason why you shouldn't do it but hey get your annual pap smear done and physical. They don't touch you, they don't do a real physical. They just look at you and say everything looks good. They argue to refer you out but refer you out for nothing. You cab speak to the manager but that only goes so far."
