"My time with gph (a year and a half) has been mostly a nightmare. They're consistently "running behind schedule " to the point I wonder if they even have one. Some desk staff never understands what I'm saying as I dont speak their language. It's also obvious that the many staff on the med teams have very little communication with each other which is infuriating. I learned to not trust them to relay ANYTHING to my dr. They have WAY too many patients so i feel like i get no time with the dr when i really need it and get pushed out the door. And they NEVER return calls, EVER, even /if i call for 3 weeks. Theyre so rushed, they make big mistakes on my scripts...its just wats a bad day whenever have to go there I leave angry every times"

"These people suck, they are slow, never come get you on time and make people wait for their medications for hours sometimes. The nurse practitioner Donna Lawler was particularly vocal in front of clients in regards to my medical problems, a clear violation of my HIPAA rights. Causing me to have a severe panic attack, raising my voice at her for violating my rights, then kicked me out instead of trying to calm me down and apologize to me. They practice clear favoritism. Which anybody can witness themselves if they join this filthy practice."
