"Visited ConvenientMD for a dislocated patella. Impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the entire team, including front desk staff, physician assistant, nurse, and x-ray tech. Quick service, especially for a Friday night. While injuries are unpleasant, the quality of care received greatly mitigated the experience."

"I went to Convenient MD Saco after my PCP hours with an acute issue, and was registered and tested, ushered to a room within 10 minutes, saw the provider within 20, and left with a prescription within 30. The receptionist was pleasant and competent, the nurse was friendly and knowledgeable and the provider thorough and attentive. I feel my treatment at this facility could not have gone better. My lab results and record will be forwarded to my PCP for follow up and I expect a call from CMD if the antibiotic I was put on does not treat the bacteria overgrowth I have. This is my second visit there after hours, I saw two different providers, and I would recommend them to anyone!"

"This is the most comforting and CLEAN ATMOSPHERE I've ever experienced in a quick care facility. The amount of time from walking in the door to being brought into triage then treatment was so minimal, i truly wish I hadn't waited so long out of fear like I had to leave home being so ill and the past experiences of SO MANY HOURS IN WAITING ROOMS TO BE SEEN. IF YOU DONT HAVE INSURANCE THE LOW FEE IS SO ADAPTIVE TO THE EVERYDAY WORKING SINGLE."

"We have needed to visit this location several times over the years and they are always friendly and respectful. I feel as though we are able to be seen quickly, but don’t feel rushed through visits. Concerns are always addressed. My son is level 1 autistic and isn’t always the easiest patient. Last night we had the BEST nurse! She was so patient with him, and helped him feel comfortable. She was even able to get a strep throat test done! It took some time, but she never pressured him and ultimately he voluntarily let her do the test. She even surprised both my kids with electrolyte freeze pops for their sore throats, and stickers with their favorite characters :) Additionally, we needed antibiotics, but our pharmacy was closed (Sunday evening) and they were able to affordably fill the Rx on site so we didn’t have to wait to get them started. Overall a great experience in spite of being sick!"

"From start to finish, the staff was kind, courteous, efficient, and made me feel cared for. Since I'm new to the area, I had not yet established a PC physician.
