"I would give this place negative if I could, unreliable, rude, does not fulfill the obligations they should, records kept crappy I could go on, find someplace else and don't even give this office a 2nd look. I was there when they opened my daughters doctor was moved here from Exeter, she left long ago (GOOD MOVE FOR HER - we loved Dr Gates !!!) this place over the years has gone nothing but DOWNHILL !!"
"This is our second visit to this office and I am so upset I’m shaking. As was the case with our last visit. The medical assistant Haily, has been extremely rude and a bully towards us at both appointments. Her behavior is unprofessional and disrespectful. We are here for my granddaughter. There is a hereditary condition in my family involving our feet and we believe she has it. I was told by the medical assistant Hailey, that only one adult is allowed in the exam room. As she stated “it’s either you or her mother, one of you is staying out here per the policy of Core physicians and the doctor. I told you guys this last time.” This is very concerning especially since I am the one with all the family history being her grandmother. After the last visit Hailey wrote basically an anonymous letter trying to fix her rude, unprofessional behavior. It was not addressed to my daughter in law nor did Hailey sign it. This letter was to assure us that she listened to pertinent concerns that we had. Not sure how she thought that an anonymous letter sent to us would assure us of this? Today, we were hoping to have a better interaction with this office and their staff, but not only was Hailey’s behavior for a medical professional again unacceptable but the assistant for the podiatrist that we aren’t even seeing decided to get involve and reprimand us for me wanting to be involved in my granddaughter’s appointment. Again, stating the policies of Core and its doctors about “one adult in the exam rooms.” Good thing her father was unable to come. I’ve been in the medical profession for 28 years, raised three children of my own and I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED so poorly as if we just didn’t matter nor have any say in a minor child’s treatment of care. This is unacceptable and we will not tolerate it. We will not be going back. We will be letting Portsmouth Pediatrics know of our treatment and not to refer patients (especially children) there. I will also be letting Exeter Hospital know how this office treats it’s patients. J. Pilar Cardona"
"I saw Dr. Claire at the Core Physicians Podiatry office yesterday and could not be happier! He was very helpful and insightful with an ongoing issue that I am having with my feet. He is also the first provider that I have seen who was able to guide me in the right direction and provide some answers for my Raynaud's syndrome. I would highly recommend Dr. Claire. He was also very kind and professional and really took the time to listen to and discuss my concerns with me."
"Friendly and detail oriented But will say the medical assistant should be more willing to help get shoes and socks back on."
"People in this office don't do their work the right way. You give them your insurance information, and they send your lab work to a laboratory that is not covered by your insurance company. Then after 4 months you end up getting a bill from a lab that is asking $970 and insurance company says this lab dr is not under our umbrella to cover, sorry. What a sorry that cost $970"
