"Stopped by the shop for some help with a small item and was turned away. Upon entering, I asked how the tailor was doing to be polite, he said not good due to being in a hurry. He wouldn’t even look at my item and turned me away without any show of grace."
"So upset at my experience here. I had called ahead to see if my partner and I could receive measurements for custom gown and suite for an upcoming traditional wedding. He was not willing to listen to the type of measurements needed upon arrival, was unfriendly and rude during our encounter. You could tell he just wanted us out and charged $65 just for measurements for a male. We were there 5 minutes, but made us feel like we were the inconvenience. We left after my partner got measured and without mine because I was so upset with his attitude. Absolute waste of time, over charged, and not considerate. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone - sad I spent an hour and a half of my day to make this appointment work in the first place."
"Did a very brief call inquiring about a silk shirt I wanted to mend. The person who answered the phone gave me a few pieces of advice on how to fix, and was very honest about what each option will do to the garment. Very very helpful! Thank you!"
"Jordan hemmed a pair of my new dress pants about 6 weeks ago. I chose him because I live close and he seemed to have good reviews. I do not remember what he initially charged me for the work, but I remember thinking it was high (maybe ~$30) to hem one pair of pants and it was going to take 10 days. The hem fell out on my third use of the pants. I only wear them to work as an airline pilot. I took the pants back to him and he accused me of having caused the problem myself, from my shoes or some other "activity" I do while wearing the pants. I wear several other pairs of pants to work, with the same shoes and none of those hems have failed. He begrudgingly agreed to fix the hem for free but said if it happened again he would charge me! Ha! I will not be bringing any more work to him. He still said the fix will take another 10 days! After telling this story to my wife this evening, I'm learning that she used him once to hem a skirt and also felt that he was rude to her in their interaction."
"I need to altered my bikini bottom 1 week before my NPC competition. Someone referred me to Jordan tailor. Mr. Jordan altered my suit very fast. My bottom suit is covered with rhinestones but he did it with no problem! Price also affordable. Got my bottom suit in a week and I won 3rd place! Thank you Mr. Jordan, you have saved my life!"
