"I had been a loyal customer for over 6 years, paid this clinic thousands of dollars for care over that period for my 3 dogs and a cat. Care was acceptable, certainly nothing exceptional, but not bad enough for me to leave them. However, when I recently questioned being insanely overcharged under the guise of "shipping and handling" for mailing a medication that should have cost two first class stamps, their response was to DUMP me, sending a snide letter with my animals' records (which is how I can definitively say I literally have spent thousands there!) Who treats clients that way?? If you want to take your business to a clinic that cares about client satisfaction, this is not the place for you."

They listen to what is wrong and advise you when they can see you, what to watch for, what to do. They are gentle to my pets and always willing to let you know when you need a specialist.
