"They looked OK for a while, but it got worse quickly. The process of getting health care here is frustrating. Communication is awful, and basic records and appointments may change without your knowledge. Or, you may get a cancellation at any time. Trying to talk to care givers on the phone is near impossible. Phone messages seem to disappear. I am moving on. Three stars is a bit of a gift ... more like 2.5."
"After years of dealing with this office, this practice has done nothing but disqualify any issues my children had, disqualified any concerns we had as parents that ended up being diagnosed health issues down the road (they had to apologize for later), never returned phone calls, left us hanging after emergency room visits waiting for critical information, ran a lottery system for winning appointments, and a whole host of other issues. We have moved our sons to a practice that actually cares for children and not just taking their parents money."
