"Dr. Mark Cullen did nothing to help my knee and rudely said lose weight and prepare for a knee replacement. Wouldn’t give me a shot of anything although he wrote in notes we talked about it. In reality he refused me when I asked for something to help with pain of meniscus tear per MRI and said shot or gel would do me no good. . Unreal. I did not feel right about him at all. I left knowing I would get a second opinion. Luckily for second opinions elsewhere. No knee replacement in the near future and a cortisone shot. Took 4 months to get some treatment. Dr Cullen is very rude and does not listen. His assistant was not friendly either. He just talks. Never again. Seems these doctors are just out for insurance money. How many knee replacements have been done that didn’t need to be at time they say. Terrible. Only good one there is Dr. Blitzer in my opinion. I will never go back to this place after Dr. Cullen bad experience."
"If you want to care for your patients, answer the phone. Return calls."
"I couldn't get a straight answer out of Dr. Geppert about my injury. In addition he questioned if he had ever seen me as a patient after I had been seeing him for weeks. Offered no follow up appointments to check on healing either. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF POSSIBLE"
"I had three appointments for a pinched nerve. I also had an MRI and a EMG nerve test. Each appointment I saw Jason, who is a physician assistant. Jason obviously is qualified and knows his stuff. He also took the time to explain things. But given what the bill was for these visits, one would think I would see the doctor himself. I never did !"
"I saw Dr. Gavin Webb for a shoulder injury. I got a prompt MRI and results. Then the pandemic hit that spring, so the surgery was going to be postponed. They made accommodations for me to get the surgery May 2020 so I had the summer to heal before nursing school. I recovered quickly, had successful physical therapy and a follow up appointment, and I made a full recovery! I recommend this place for people I know and patients at the clinic I work at."
