"Useless, office staff is rude. They don’t forward messages. I was in an incredible amount of pain, called THREE times and when they wanted me to leave a third message for a nurse (I had started calling at 9am and this was after 1pm in the afternoon) I was justified in being frustrated. The front desk person hung up on me. They do not care about patients. I had to track down the office manager myself to have a conversation and she had the decency to apologize. Almost a year later and the front desk staff is still garbage. Completely useless but it’s almost impossible to find a pcp these days. Again, don’t choose this place they do not care about patients."

"Stacy Stafford is wonderful to work with. She's very thorough, kind, and considerate. She's very easy to talk to and I'm extremely happy to have found a provider that truly cares for my health. The nurse, also named Stacy, is delightful as well. My appointments have always been timely, no issues waiting long periods. All office staff has been pleasant too. Overall a great experience, highly recommend!!"
