"I would not recommend using this property management company. Company may be a loose term as there is only one representative to the organization. We rented from WMPG for two years and not once saw the property manager which may have been a good thing but in this case was not. He took our money, disperses it to owner and behalf nothing to do with us. Did not act as an advocate for both parties. Halfway through the lease we were told we would receive an extension from the property manager and then once again two months prior the same information. Come time to renew, plans had changed and we realized we were lied to. In all, it is not a safe investment to utilize WMPG."
