"Wow I wish I had read the reviews, it should be illegal to call an emergency room "urgent care", this is an EMERGENCY ROOM! I had a simple skin infection from a bug bite and needed antibiotics, the nurse spent 5 minutes with me and a doctor spent maybe 10 minutes with me (after waiting for an hour in an exam room), They billed my insurance for $900! I now own them $370. They gave me good care but I would have driven further to a REAL urgent care facility if I had know...."

"WARNING!!! They advertise as an urgent care, the sign in front says "Urgent Care", the paperwork says they're an urgent care, their bill says they're an urgent care, but the claim they filed with Blue Cross was for an emergency room visit. We were there on vacation in June. The staff were incredibly nice, caring and thorough and I have zero complaints whatsoever with the staff or service and honestly would consider it to be one of the nicest urgent care facilities I've seen (not that I have extensive experience with urgent care facilities). It should've been a red flag that they didn't try to collect a copay in spite of stating "we take all insurance". They billed over $500 for a simple walk-in visit for a child with a minor issue requiring no actual treatment or even a prescription. After what insurance paid and an "administrative write-off" after I complained, we're still stuck with a $330 bill for 10 minutes with a doctor. Even at $330, this is literally the most I've ever heard of for any urgent care anywhere coast to coast. Just a warning for others that might be on vacation and in need of minor medical care in the area. I'd suggest you go elsewhere if a massive bill would be unacceptable. Again, the staff and service were excellent. The billing --- that's a massive problem. They get 2 stars instead of 1 because they have excellent staff onsite."

"I have rarely written a bad review, but I don’t want you to repeat my mistake.. I echo others’ warnings- though they may tell you this is an urgent care, it’s billed as an ER. I was charged over $485 just for the visit itself not including labs (strep test, Covid test). Total bill was over $900! I fought it both with insurance and with the billing department to no avail. Upon seeing the facility, I also asked to make sure it wasn’t an ER and they assured me, wrongly so, that it was an urgent care. Do not go unless you have a true emergency and no other option."

"BE AWARE: This is an urgent care/emergency care facility, if you have insurance it will be billed similar to going to an emergency room which defeats the purpose. Example my urgent care visit was $100 the visit to this place was $492! Ten minute visit. I asked everyone there to help me understand how this would be billed, everyone told me urgent care and your insurance will be happy you didn't go to an ER. The nurse and doctor were great, but not worth 5 times the amount it would cost to go to a regular urgent care."

"I had fallen and broken my arm. 1st visit, warmly greeted when I entered. They checked me right in. Examined, X rayed, placed arm in temporary cast. Back home within 1 hour. The entire staff was amazing. So impressed."
