"DO NOT RECOMMEND. The office staff is horrible and does not call you back. My husband had an appointment and got labs back and they referred us to a specialist doctor with no reason we’ve written multiple notes in the online portal. They won’t give us answers just more confusion. We try to call back and we’re on hold for a long time. this is so ridiculous for a healthcare facility. They’re supposed to make you feel better not worry and feel worse. We missed one of their calls and they left a voicemail saying to call back-How are we supposed to call back when they never pick up?"

"Been going to inland family care for many years Doctors and nurses are fantastic The front office needs some help . They are definitely over worked I have very good luck using email to communicate."

"After waiting for someone's to answer for 10 minutes, some lady finally picked up. After explaining what I needed, she asked if someone had told me to call there like I was joking, and then in a clearly disgusted voice said they weren't taking any new patients. After explaining that no, my PCP was located there and my Wife and two kids were also patients there, she gave an exasperated sigh and let me know that she could put me on a 3 month wait list. Sure, I could wait the three months, but I don't think I need to be seen by an people that, by the other reviews and my experience, completely lack any sort of professionalism and tact."

"You are basically a resource to be mined here... i have had some procedures even twice with no results. Even just a normal checkup costs hundreds...even if you have health insurance they find ways to go around it. I signed up for their free care.. which isn't free... then they said I would have 6 months of care at no cost , but then rescinded after one procedure and one month. It's all a legal scam , and they just care about the money here... maybe the Dr's don't, but it doesn't matter if the process does.. and you can never even get them on the phone to set up an apt. For all the money they make you would think they would offer some customer service, no, they can't even do that"

"Horrible location to get a check up or other services. If you say anything to them they ignore half of what you said and your requests will not happen. All the doctors and nurses were Excessively rude. Didn’t get all the services I requested and then was billed over $2000 for close to no effort on the doctors or nurses side. over 9 months after the appointment was when the bill was sent. Took my insurance and refused use it after being prompted. trying to wave me along before insurance was input and had to be prompted 3 times by me and 2 times by a doctor to take my insurance. Refused to let me in at time of appointment and was told to show up 15 minutes on top of that so I was stuck waiting over 45 minutes just to be let in to my appointment. Nurses, doctors and their learner all gave weird looks to me and were very condescending the entire time. Besides the fact I was never notified or asked if a student could sit in on my appointment, which I should have been given the right to decline. Over all worst doctors office I have ever been in with horrible service with neglectful and rude people."
