"If you have no other choice, still avoid this company if you are age 18 or older. The moment you become s client, they will officially stop caring about you. They will string you along with promises and they will just keep disappointing you and making you more and more angry. I regret ever considering this company. They can, and will make your mental health worse and then shrug their shoulders when you ask for help. Avoid at all costs. Edit 8/12/2022: It's sad that Sweetser responded to this asking for me to call them to make things right. To my complete lack of surprise, they did not answer the phone once. I have left messages leaving them my number they did not call back. They claim to care, but they don't. You are a walking bag of money to this company, nothing more. I can't wait to see this company go out of business."

"Once you get past the first initial interviews, you will interact with people that can’t help you. My appointments were cancelled, I never received a call to reschedule. Both times I showed up to my appointment to be told there was no provider to see. My first appointment was over two months ago, and I never got what I needed from Sweetser."

"I moved to the Bath area with great need of stable mental health services and meds management. 3 of my meds doctors and two therapists quit the practice during the year that I was trying to procure treatment, before I gave up on Sweetser completely."

"While everyone at the facility was nice and friendly, they are completely unqualified to be working in mental health services. I was referred to Sweetser simply for a more up-to-date evaluation of my ADHD. They did not follow the proper procedures for the testing and as a result the findings did not match any of my previous diagnosis over the past few decades. Once you got past the spelling errors and grammatical mistakes, you are left with a report that not only tries to explain away the symptoms of ADHD, but also attacked my character. I was evaluated by another clinical psychologist both before and after Sweetser - both found that I have ADHD - Inattentive type. Not sure what is the point of saying you don't have a condition you have. Idiots. I cannot speak to their other services but in terms of evaluating Attention Deficit Disorder, I would not recommend them."
