"One star because I can't give zero stars. This business is only interested in making money. I injured my left knee and right ankle. When I went for my appointment at Costal Ortho, I was told "only one body part per visit. The doctor saw me for my ankle and spoke condescendingly, saying no fewer than 3 times, when you have that many birthdays under your belt you can expect this." Ageism. I am a very active 69 year old. He saw me for 15 minutes and told me to get an ankle brace. When I went back for the knee, he said that it was probably the meniscus, but that it would take too long to schedule an MRI. The next day I was at my primary care physician for an annual and he got me in for an MRI the next day. Coastal Ortho has no interest in their patients and is only interested in money. I will never go back there."
"Very good doctors. Openings available in a timely manner. Very friendly staff. A couple of things they do take awhile to bill and they want you to try every available option before they do any kind of mri referral or injections. This can be very problematic, at least it was for me as I was in agonizing acute pain for about a year. I have learned that you really have to put your foot down with these folks and really self advocate. In my situation I needed a total hip replacement and all the PT just aggravated it and I did injections which did nothing. Again, good docs, they just need to be better listeners."
"At first I thought it was going to be a good place until I realized the people were rude and grumpy and only care about money instead of their patients; I’ve been to a better physical therapy before with nice people and this one isn’t it."
"It was my first time there to see Dr. Seeley, a specialist in pain management. He was pleasant and down-to-earth. He asked me many questions and did a very thorough exam. I need to return for a follow up visit after an MRI and I'm as happy as I can be that he is my Dr., I trust him to recommend any treatment and other specialists I may have to see. I left very satisfied."
"The best people I have ever delt with.Dr Kat's is awesome . I have never had a surgery go this well. Very clean establishment . the staff is very friendly and helpful. First doctor that ever called me back, to see how I was doing the day after my surgery. And it was on a Saturday. thanks"
