"The office workers and nurses are very friendly. My one star rating is for Dr Isabella Taylor. She has her own agenda to not allow people to take medication that works for them if it's something that she doesn't like. She will even make false statements to get you to agree with what she wants. Beware of Dr Isabella Taylor. I have been taking a drug for my back for many years and it works better than anything else I've ever tried she told me that she was trying to get her patience off of that medication because there was a shortage expected in the future (I posed this question to some pharmacists and they had not heard anything of the sort) and she didn't want her patience to have to go through withdrawals. She then said it had opium as an ingredient and I again posed the question to the same pharmacists and was told it was totally systemic with no opium in it. I signed a contract to gradually wean off the medication (because of what she told me) one half of a tab a day each month. The very next prescription she cut the amount by a full tab a day. She can't even follow her own rules. So I say again beware of doctor Isabella Taylor. I Was with this practice when it was in Lisbon for 35 years unfortunately the awesome doctor that I had retired and she took his place. It's a sad day for Dr fairchild's patients that were transferred to her. She turned the Hippocratic oath into the hypocritical oath."
"These people are literally dangerous! They don't refill prescriptions, they lose labs, everyone in this practice is a fraud! They put things in a box and whoever picks it, is who your doctor is that day, they leave you clueless and helpless!!! Do not go here! I would have reported Rebecca Greenleaf to the board of medical examiner's, it's a very long process and probably won't lead to her being fired! I have a Great M.D. Now! These so called nurse practitiones, are a joke! Doctor wanna be! !ZeRo experience! ZeRo knowledge! ZeRo zero zero!"
"There seems to be either very poor communication skills at this office, or they are incredibly understaffed, because even a very simple request can get completely neglected for an entire week. My husband is written up at work for absenteeism because this office couldn't provide us the most basic request you could ask for as a patient. I'm truly at a loss when it comes to the service we have received during this time. They promise you the world over the phone but as soon as you hang up it's like they forget everything you just said. My husband got COVID and was told he needed to quarantine for 5 days. He needs a note from work in order to do that, and getting a note from this office is more difficult than pulling teeth. It took us 4 days and at least 10 phone calls to even get a physical copy, and when we finally did, they didn’t put the specific dates he needed to be out on the note, even though we stressed that needed to be included EVERY single time we called. His work denied the letter and we were back at square one again. Every time they say they are going to "add it as a note on the chart" and that's all they can do. I don't understand why it takes a week to get something the doctor can sign and hand over in less than five minutes. I don't understand how, when we say, "it needs to have these dates on it", that fact goes in one ear and out the other on MULTIPLE occasions with more than three different employees. We've been told countless times that this office will reach out to us when it's ready, and they NEVER call back even days later. We always have to follow up over and over to get anything done. It's incredibly frustrating. I get that doctors are busy, but this just doesn't make any sense. It shouldn't take multiple receptionists, two nurses, and 10 phone calls over an entire week just to get a note that says someone needed to quarantine between "X and X". It takes less than 5 minutes to type that up and print it out. We have been treated like a nuisance and an afterthought and we've never been rude or testy or anything, we've only emphasized how important it is that we get this simple letter because his reputation at work is important to him and they take absenteeism very seriously there. If they can't even manage that how am I supposed to trust them with my regular health needs?? This whole experience is making me want to change offices entirely, but we don't even have many options in this town to begin with. It is defeating to not be able to trust your doctor when they tell you they can deliver on something one day and then you find out you might never get it. Our only other option is to go to urgent care and spend over 200$ just to tell them the same thing and walk out in 15 minutes with a note. Why is it so simple there and not at the doctors office where my coverage actually matters? Why are they making this molehill into a mountain and treating us like a thorn in their side?"
"Had an issue with a script not getting refilled. Phone lines had an issue those thing I won't hold ppl responsible for because things happen. It was is done to resolve the issue that makes the difference. Let me tell you that Allison at the front desk was helpful, made the issue pretty much non existent and got me an appointment in 15 minutes. I at first thought we were all set and she chased me down to tell me that I needed an appointment to get my meds refilled and that she could set it up right away. Fantastic."
"This is probably the worst facility I’ve been with all the staff are amazing! But!! the couple doctors I had here basically tell me all my issues are in my head because of an old misdiagnosis of schizophrenia which was a INSANE diagnosis hence I’ve never had any psychosis or psychotic symptoms what’s so ever in my life. I was told my symptoms I’m having from the medication was the effects from an anxiety disorder if you saw my symptoms list you’d belive other wise I’m not anxious like I’ve said MULTIPLE times!!! I’m so sick of hearing that!! This practice gave me SSRI at the age of 12 and now they don’t want to help me with what’s now going on I have clearly very high antibodies and other abnormal labs. I have a condition PSSD caused from ssri and I’m gaslit everytime I bring it up you. I’m also having pretty obvious Dysautonomia end of the story this practice has treated me everything but respect I’ve been treated like a psych patient has of writing this I have left this practice. The only good doctor they had Sean Closs left this doctor was god send he was a miracle doctor he was helping figure out what is actually happening with my immune system/auto immune issues after taking ssri’s. I will never be back and most likely putting a complaint against this location! My name is Phillip from PSSD Network my story has 106,000 views and growing. I hope children like me aren’t put on these kinds of drugs then thrown on the streets to rott and suffer."
