"We got told over a weekend that we would have an answer on a 4 bedroom apartment in Oakland by the owner. We called on Monday and we were told that they have not heard back from the owner of the property. We then waiting until Friday and still got told that their manager is the only one that can call owners of properties and that they still have not heard from the owner. The lady over the phone was VERY unprofessional and hung up on my husband while trying to figure this situation out. I’m currently 29 weeks pregnant with two toddlers and we’re told so many different things that it’s become a nightmare. Thank the Lord above that we just got accepted into a different apartment with a different company. If I were you I would look elsewhere. You will get less headache and better luck with someone else!"
