"Medical negligence"

"Terrible communication and lack of professionalism. Showed up after having my appointment cancelled 3 days prior and they scheduled me when my doctor was not even at the hospital ! mind you I'm from Augusta so I just drove 45 minutes there and back to be rescheduled 10 days ahead now. The worst front office communication I've ever seen and apparently one missed call at 7 am was supposed to tell me my appointment was cancelled. POS lady at the front desk deserves a McDonald's job instead."

"Horrible, They just randomly canceled my appointment 3 business days before I was due. So when they fit me in with someone else and I showed up for the 1st time as a new patient. There's nobody in the lobby and the sign They have pointed to the doctor's offices points to a bunch of rooms and bathrooms on the first floor, There's no way for a new person to know where to go. Then they leave a sign out front that you have to call a nomber for assistance, after I was wandering around looking for help. Then when I got upstairs I had to wait for the person in front of me, There was only one person Checking people in which made my appointment late everything combined. Was never told that there was a seven minute cut off. So rude , So basically they make you wait then use that as an excuse and turn it and blame the patient after there was obstacalls created. By saint marys.! I totally wasted my time and a half hour drive. And she tells me they need an hour for new patient history but yet they had another person coming A half hour into my appointment. Such lies!! I know it wasn't her fault she was doing what the doctor and management told her to do. I recommend going to CMMC."
