"There is a nurse there by the name of Martha that always sasses me she always tells me I'm not wanted there but does it in a round about way and then after sasses me is all fake talking fake nice to me she's done this for years to me.she doesn't own the place she thinks she does she out steps her bounds one time she even said isn't it a long ways to travel here go to Augusta one. No it's not long ways to go there I didn't want to go to Augusta one and keep repeating it to me over the years why don't u go to Augusta one maybe because I didn't want to. She lives quite aways away from it wyy doesn't she go to a job that's closer to her I should of asked her it gets worse that's one of the nicer conversations.shes picked on me for years I think she likes doin that to certain patients that come in she's always talking down to me it's so much worse than this what she's said to me over the years and her sassy sly hints that are really sassy but she tries to make them out like there not and they really are and she knows it.some people should not be nurses"

"I want to praise all the staff at the Gardiner Express Care. During a recent visit with my elderly mother I felt as though we had landed in Utopia. The urgent care center has an amazing view, adequate parking, an immaculate facility with calming music playing. All the staff were very responsive, friendly, professional and considerate. It appeared well staffed and the quality of the staff were impressive. If we are in need of assistance again, this will be the first place I think of. Thank you so much for making such a positive difference in such a challenging world."

"I went in four times with severe side pain and unable to breathe. I was told it was most likely a muscle strain and was treated with annoyance when I continued to seek care, only to almost die a week later in the ER from a pulmonary embolism."

"Stopped in last night on my way home from Boston Tufts medical. Was bleeding so bad from a biopsy I did not know what to do and they were open when we went by. Even though they said I would have to go to ER if the bleeding does not stop. They took care of me...checked my vitals. Gave me some gauze. Thankfully it started clotting and stopped. Ashley called me today to see how I was doing. More then Tufts medical center did!!! They are so caring it Gardnier express care. Wish all places were like them."

"Couldn't get in last week over a 3 hr wait. Today I came in early, still over an hour wait. This is supposed to be express care. I just need a strep swab. Maine health care is extremely disappointing. Our government needs to make more express cares and make health care quick and easy. With all the grant money we got we can't hire more doctors? But wait they are loosing their jobs because they are being forced to choose over a vaccine that has not been fully tested. This is what we want!?"
