"I had a few piercings done in January of this year (rook and 2nd lobes), and I recently went back in to purchase more jewelry and have a replacement ball put on the barbell of the rook. All the staff have been wonderful, from the woman at the front desk who was there both times, to my piercer, Evan, who is super sweet and great at what he does. The shop is a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. They are super clean, and I know this because I work in the veterinary field and have a solid background in surgical prep and procedure. Their jewelry is also excellent quality, made to last, and hypoallergenic. It's obvious they stand by their services and products in a way that makes the value clear and worth it. I would highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking for the best quality and cleanliness when it comes to your piercings."
"Had an issue where I needed to get my nose piercing forced back in after losing it and it tightening up. Evan was soo sweet and verbally walked me through it all as it was happening. Also noticed a wide jewelry selection! Best place in the area, definitely will be back if need anything or need new jewelry. "
