"Friendly staff, always able to get an appointment very soon for any medical issues that come up. They take the time to answer any and all questions during an appointment and never feel rushed! Are they perfect, no, there have been issues now and then with medication prescriptions (sent to the wrong pharmacy, etc) but easily corrected. Using MYCHART portal it's easy to see test results which are posted very quickly, and communicate with staff. Been going there for decades and always felt their care was top notch!"

"This review is solely because the office refused to bill me in any kind of sane, compassionate way. They apparently bill an "establishing care visit" (which is compulsory) as an outpatient visit, not a checkup, meaning I got billed $250 by Anthem for a pointless 10-minute chat with my doctor, just to be able to call in the future when I actually need help. It was clearly an annual checkup, and should have been billed as such. No one at the office cared one bit that Anthem charged so much for essentially nothing, all because of how they chose to bill it. I fought with them (and my insurance) on the phone for months and eventually just gave up and paid them to avoid more issues. Unfortunately there's no other option for medicine in this, the land of the free. I should also add I had to wait months for that appointment. Good thing I'm' healthy I guess..."
"Friendly staff, but recently, not thorough at all! Been seen for a month for a particular issue and staff forgot to make two referrals for me within that month! Very disappointed… Make sure you double-check that your referral was actually made if you go here."
