"I’ve been a patient with this office for more than 30 years. Within the last few months the changes in management and how patients can no longer call the office and actually reach a person in said office has gone way downhill to the point where I’m about ready to leave this practice. The actual physicians are good except they are stretched so thin that they can’t keep track of what’s going on with their patients or don’t get back to them in a timely manner with lab results x-ray results etc. CMMC better take notice and fix this problem or they’re gonna be losing an awful lot of patients over to Saint Mary’s or other providers"
