"Tried to set up a new patient appointment and was told to use the online system, which did not work and referred me back to the Clinton front desk. Call their registration desk and referred to registration desk at 487-4000. That registration desk sent me to the scheduling office for referrals, who advised they did not register new patients. They referred me back to Clinton, where they now said I needed an online account and may not get an appointment until February. They put me on hold for 15 minutes and had to hang up. It's August@???. It is broken there."
