"The hook on my prosthetic broke. I took it to Hanger Clinic July 12th 2019. October 26th I went to pick up my arm and guess what it doesn't work. Maybe there's something wrong with the battery. The point is replacing the hook would take 5 minutes. The repair and replacement of my prosthetics was to be paid for by workmen's compensation the rest of my life. I call Theresa a couple of times but she never calls back"
