"This insurance company is the worse I put a claim regarding my stuff getting redamage because the area I live in & they stated they had to go through all the other claims I made to make an a decision so they won’t pay me out for damages they paid me for but I pay full coverage every month for any damages I get on my car and they have been giving me a hassle these adjusters don’t answer their phones you have to call a million times before you get someone on the line they switch you to a bunch of people they are very rude and disrespectful at times when people are calling about theirs claims they currently still charging me every month but are not trying to fix my vehicle"

"I hate this insurance company when I make a claim about my car or I Jed sit he fixed the adjusters never answer that phone when you need them you can submit the photos 2 days before you suppose to get an estimate on your vehicle they will play you and give you 0 dollars people can be telling the trust about the damages on they car that they report no matter if it happen over and over again they won’t believe you and I pay full coverage for my car so what ever happen to it I have the right to report it and get it fixed that’s what I pay for it for"

"Real lousy place to interview. No one talks to you, they put you in a hot confined room with a brain teaser test. This was a few years ago, hope things improved. Felt like a terrible first date. I Feel bad for the employees there."
