"Called at 6:06 Saturday night and was told 30-40 minute wait. Asked to be added to the waitlist. She said okay and asked what time we will be there. We told her 6:35 because we live 30 minutes away. She said they would text me when our table was ready. We arrived on time and the place was a zoo. They were calling out names. I asked if they were going to call our name or text. She said text and that it would be another 10-25 minutes later. It’s now 7:30 Sunday morning and still no text. Good thing we didn’t wait and went somewhere else."

"FINALLY got an AMAZING takeout order from here. Switched up my usual fried chicken options to their herb crusted chicken for the first time, the flavor was amazing. The chicken was so tender. then the salad is always a problem. the lack of ingredients is so sad compared to what you get in house. I am leaving both my old and new salad pic to show. this time it came with plenty of toppings AND A CORRECT RANCH. thank god because their ranch is the BEST ive ever had. I would literally pay for a container of it if possible and use it at home. too many times i get the smallest half filled ranch cup or even none at all. This time they gave me the bigger size cup(which it should come with when you pick the extra ranch per the website) PLUS i got a small side ranch in my bag(picked with my rib app). i was sooooo happy. i used the small one to dip the chicken. soooo good. My mashed potatoes came with no gravy like i asked. The free app for my birthday of rib basket was great. the ribs are always good though never a miss here. then the french fries can come soggy sometimes depending on what container they are in, but always taste good. this time they were crispy and tasty. This is the texas roadhouse I know and love. Please keep up the great work like this visit."
