"Horrible place to live. They are terrible when it comes to up keep & nothing ever gets fixed if you don't call, email and txt the everyday for months. They have problems holding on the site Manager. Only thing that is nice about this place is your neighbors. Great ppl."

"Like everywhere this place is not perfect.....but I love my unit! I moved in 2/1/2019...yes snowtime. The plowing was done before the snow even stopped most times. They cleared a path to my door too. Didnt expect that but very pleased. My unit is comfortable ..clean upon move in somewhat. A few minor issues..but fixed immediatly. New windows n front door installed in the spring.Lawn is kept mowed weekly...and looks nice. New mailbox station. These units are under new management and they seem to be trying to make place look much nicer and safer then the past from what I have been told. I also have had No issues with the neighbors as of yet...but I also keep tomyself and mind my ouw business. There are kids here but pretty much watch out for any cars coming n going. Fun to watch them on their bikes. Plenty of lawn area for play. Place is also pet friendly....cat or limited dog. So i gues ild say..it fits my needs just fine! Plan to stay a while."

"Terrible place to live. Avoid at all costs. The apartments are decent but managment sucks. Nothing is ever repaired. You'll be waiting literally years to get windows or cabinets or heaters fixed."
