Wolfgang's Steakhouse - Boston

"After many visits here and to all the other steak options in Boston, Wolfgang's is right at the top of my list, for their porterhouse and their NY sirloin. It is Boston's only steakhouse which serves steak in the Peter Luger tradition. It tends to be quiet due to its location and lack of name recognition in the area, but makes up for that with the steak and also the fact that it's actually less expensive than the other top steakhouses, in some cases by a very wide margin. The optimal way to order it here is medium rare. As it is dry aged, there will be variation, just as there is variation when you go to Peter Luger or its other offshoots."
