"Deb is the nicest person! The studio apartment is clean and cozy with everything you need from sheets and pillows to kitchen utensils and cleaning supplies. The stall areas for the horses is clean and well kept. The hot tub feels amazing after a long day of riding. Both we, and our horses loved it there. The trails off the property are very well marked, with beautiful varied scenery, and the terrain allows for trotting and cantering in many spots. My 6 horse trailer fit in the parking area easily"
