"The worst experience I have ever had. I went to Marlborough’s Long Horn with my husband and some friends. We asked for a table of 8 people, we were in 5 at the time, and waiting for 3 friends. They said we just would be able to sit when all of our friends were there. Our friends were too late, so I went to the host table to ask if we could have a table for 5 while we were waiting for them. The host did not even ask what I was looking for, she just asked if our friends had arrived, and when I said “no”, she said “Call me when they are here” and left. I was super hungry and had to go to the supermarket to get a snack. The restaurant was not busy, a lot of tables were available and we had to wait 45 minutes to have a table because. I will never be back, terrible service, and my husband’s beef was well done when he ordered medium well. I do not recommend it to anyone else."

"We stopped in for lunch with no reservations and on a schedule. The staff attended to us quickly and met our deadlines so we could leave on time. Food was really good. Steaks tasty. The French Onion Soup is a must, really good. Generous portions and reasonably priced. Would go again."

"First time at LongHorn Steakhouse! We arrived with no reservations, the hostess said to wait 15 minutes while they prepare a table for us! They forgot about us — 25 minutes went by and she realized we weren’t seated yet, rushed to clean a table. It took a while for our food to arrive to our table — approximately 15 minutes for our appetizers & 20-30 minutes for our main courses. Other than that, the kids who ordered the Steak tips didn’t really enjoy their meal it was a 2/5. As for my husband who had the New York Strip it was overcooked he asked for medium & it was dry ; 1/5! As for me, I had the Ribeye and it was good compare to the others it was a solid 2/5 only because I’ve had better steak. The highlight of our experience at LongHorn Steakhouse was the spicy chicken bites as well as the Chocolate cake it was a 4/5! Overall experience was probably not what we expected due to poor customer service. However LongHorn Steakhouse corporate did reach out to us and apologized on the behalf of their staff and for our bad experience as well. They also credited us with an E- Gift card for the future which is greatly appreciated. That being said don’t let my review hold you back from trying LongHorn Steakhouse. This is a personal situation that happened to us on that night but could be different for others."

"Wonderful customer service here from the moment we came in till the moment we left! I would most definitely recommend this place! The hostess was so sweet, the guy who sat us was nice and our server took great care of us! The food was delicious! I was so glad they had the lamb chops back!"

"A good place to enjoy a good steak. I am a ribeye regular at longhorn, it’s the best every time! The only problem I’ve faced is how well they cook. I always ask for medium, but I get medium rare or medium well… well I’ve got medium couple of times. So, you will get it the way you like it if it’s your lucky day. Otherwise, they have a good menu and lots of different things to try."
