"There aren't enough stars to adequately express how utterly fabulous Dr. Ashley Amini-Sami is. My husband has had a long, complicated, and debilitating situation regarding his oral health, despite life-long diligent and professional dental care. Ultimately, he had no choice other than removal of his teeth which was terribly disconcerting. Previously, he was advised at Dana Farber that he could never get implants. After much consultation, he was advised to work with an oral surgeon at MGH, and then to become a patient of Dr.Amini, ONLY, as she was one of the few Prosthodontists who MIGHT be able to help him. We were so lucky, as Dr.Amini was willing to take my hubby on. It entailed a long treatment plan-over a year of numerous appointments including oral surgery, implanting, healing, and extensive planning for the final prosthetic devices. Dr. Amini was so encouraging and helpful every step of the way. Additionally, she reassured my husband, kept him comfortable, explaining every procedure and outcomes at every visit, while never seeming rushed. She was incredibly considerate regarding scheduling appointments to coordinate with MGH, as well as awareness of our very long commute (Dr. Amini was personally involved in scheduling). She was ALWAYS available, either by phone or email. To state that she is one of the most patient, caring, knowledgeable, professional, talented, and compassionate dental specialists that we have ever had the pleasure to work with is an understatement. Her colleagues speak so warmly of her expertise, and caring – and describe her as “an artist in her field”. My husband is thrilled with his prosthetic dental implants, with a beautiful smile. We both are thankful that Dr. Amini was his Prosthodontist."
