"My 88 year old Mother went to Dr. Brogadir for dentures and paid over $3000 in advance. She was unhappy with the final dentures and was offered her money back. This was in October 2023 and she has still not received her refund. She reached out to the Office Manager Michelle numerous times and still no refund. Michelle blames this on 42 North Dental their Corporate Office and stated that she has approximately 40 other patients still awaiting refunds. I have contacted 42 North Dental in Waltham MA and have not received a return phone call. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the State Dental Board. My Mom has moved on to Dr. Dworkin in Milford and couldn't be happier. Please think twice about using this practice or any practice affiliated with 42 North Dental"

"I located another Dentist out of 42 North. After 30 years I had to leave rude people in the NH Dental office. Told me I didn’t have dental insurance. So i paid for my cleaning then I found from my insurance company that I had insurance it’s been months still waiting to be reimbursed. I’m told I would have it two weeks ago. Still I have no check your company it’s all about money money money."

"42 North has single handedly ruined Northboro Dental. I have been a patient there for 15 plus years. They over bill, do not sent the correct information to the insurance and expect a co pay up front. If the co pay is a surplus because insurance covered more, they do not give you the money back, instead they put it as a credit in your account. They are forcing their dentists to upsell. Several if not all of the dentists that were at this office have left or are leaving. Shame on you for destroying a well established business"

"Hohokus dental is under the 42north dental umbrella. I spoke to regional manager with 42north dental in regards to manager Jessica at Hohokus dental and the issues I had with her regarding my rescheduled appointment. The regional manager chose to believe Jessica and her lies. The regional manager refused to correct the error that hohokus dental made regarding my appointment. In my opinion this company is not one that can be trusted by patients and should be avoided"

"The inability of 42 North Dental to provide accurate billing for dental services rendered in 12/2022. I was billed out of network and received a check issued to me. I initiated a conversation with the local practice's billing manager and sent them the EOB I received. They acknowledged, as did everyone in the office before and during my appointments, that it should have been billed in network It has been over 10 weeks since that initial conversation. I've received a past due bill and each time I call the employee I speak to is rude and tells me the billing manager is either not in or on vacation. I've let them know I will be filing official complaints if I do not hear back next week."
