Rose was amazing, helpful, cheerful, kind, and professional. Dr. Crabtree took so much time to explain everything, and answered every question I had (I'm a question-er!). I never felt rushed, or that she was in a hurry to move on to another patient! I felt like both Rose and Dr. Crabtree tried to get to know me as a person, not just as a 'mouth to fix'! :) It was a very pleasant visit, and I know my treatment ahead will be more of the same. I was disappointed to find Dr. Ross retired (good for him!). So, I was assigned Dr. Anu. She was absolutely wonderful as well. Very thorough explanation, patient, and kind. Procedure was painless.
