Looked past her comments many times and now the office is withholding work until I agree to a procedure I do not want. Shame. My family will seek another option."

"Honestly this is the BEST dental office around. I’ve tried out a few offices in the Manchester area now as I just moved to the area last year and I’ve always been nervous going to the dentist. I’ve been seeing the same dental hygienist Norma at this office and I can’t say enough about her. She makes the entire experience enjoyable, not only does she do a phenomenal job on my teeth but we laugh pretty much the whole time. She’s full of energy and is very kind and has a lot of good tips including teaching me how to floss the right way. She makes it so that I look forward coming back every six months! Dr. Johnson is awesome too! Very knowledgeable and personable."

"I am beyond disappointed with this practice. They have grown over the last few years and sacrificed patient care in the process. You rarely see Dr. Johnson and when you do she is in a hurry to get to the next room. She is impatient and sometimes rather gruff. The dental assistants are nice and kind but seem stressed and overworked. Some seem inexperienced and unsure of what they are doing. I have been waiting over 2 months for a permanent crown and my mouth is in pain. I have had 2 follow up appointments and Dr Johnson has not been to the appointment both times. Each time the permanent crown doesn’t fit and they redo the mold. It is terribly frustrating and concerning. Today would be my 4th appointment and they called to reschedule. I feel as though I am not valued. They make you pay up front, so they clearly have what they care about. I can’t wait to finish this process so I can move on to a new dentist. I’m considering reporting this practice. Find a new office. Don’t trust the reviews and flashy awards."
