Kudos to the following staff members: Dr Saxena, who treated me as if I were her own mother; making sure that my bottom plate was fitted as perfectly as humanly possible. Lab Tech, Nick, who is seldom seen behind the scene but does such outstanding work in making the plates and the adjustments to same. DA's, Taylor and Mara, who are both soft-spoken and gentle and caring. Though her name escapes me, I cannot forget the pleasant receptionist who smilingly greets each and every patient. What more could anyone possibly ask! I highly recommend these staff members to anyone in need of dental care. "I am one who has always been petrified of the Dentist. After many rough treatments, failed and expensive procedures led me to neglect my mouth. I’ll go if I have an emergency. I have been going to the same dentist for 20 years. A few cleanings and emergency work. A few months back my insurance changed and I’m forced to seek new medical care for my teeth. After speaking to my insurance, I’m told that there is one option for me. Aspen dental. I was taken in the same day, within the hour. My crown fell off and I needed immediate attention. Once again being forced. Worried that they’ll be rude and roll their eyes at my lack of care I’ve given my mouth. But to my surprise… They were amazing. From billing (Maddie) to the back technicians & Hygienist, I received amazing care. My anxiety quickly lessened. I met the Dr whose name is Amrita Reddy. She not only showed up for me at 10am for a same day visit as a new patient, but she switched up her schedule to have me come back the same day at 1:00 so she could help me get this tooth fixed for the holidays. I have a lot of work to do for my teeth, and these people helped me be ready for it. I didn’t feel judged or ignored. Also, after having my first woman dentist, I realized that they’re way better than men Dentists. They’re gentle, they don’t rush and the entire aura just feels safer. I can’t believe I am saying this, but I am happy to go back soon for my cleaning and the rest of the care that I need. I trust in them and I’m extremely grateful for what they all did for me today."
