"I brought in 2 pairs of shoes and a handbag to repair and restore and I am so pleased with the work that Victor did to bring these items back to “life”! So not only is Victor a skilled craftsman, he is patient, generous and kind, going above and beyond for his customers! I was running late and the shop was closing at 12:00 and I called to ask if he would be there after 12:00, as I could get there by 12:15 and he said he would wait for me. Six star customer service all the way! So take your worn shoes, boots and handbags, etc. to Victor see if it is something he can repair and restore, extending the “life” of your leather goods instead of throwing them away. I highly recommend Victor and his shop, Cobbler’s Bench!"

"I had an unfortunate incident where I needed to save my dog from the ocean, not having time to remove a pair of leather Ugg boots. These boots were saturated through and once dried, kept having white salt seep from its pores. I cleaned them and it would come right back. They REEKED like fish no matter what I did. I thought they were trash. I took them here and I cannot believe how he was able to save them. I wish I had a before picture. I have no idea what he did, but they never smelled after I got them back and the leather was completely cleaned and beautiful. This picture is a year later! This review is late but he deserves so much credit for his work, I figured better late than never."
