"This review is long overdue. Mike Willette will give you the best experience selling or buying a home. Mike had sold two homes for us. We relocated about 6 hours south. Our home was under contract as we moved. Along with the home inspection came a couple of things the buyer wanted taken care of. I was again 6 hours south and kinda stressed. Mike said don’t worry about it I will take care of it. Mike had an electrician come to fix a couple outlets, and a plumber came to put a whole house water filter in. Mike not only lined those things up for us, he paid for it as well. I called and spoke with Mike about sending him the money for the work and he said it was on him. I tried to convince Mike to let me pay but he insisted he had it covered. I graciously thanked him. Now that is going above and beyond what your normal/average realtor does. I felt like we were treated more like family versus clients. I have some experience with another realtor and there is no comparison to what Mike does. Buying a house for the first time is stressful enough, but I was buying one from 3,000 miles away, sight unseen (something I never thought I'd do), and needed to close within 6 weeks due to my husband's sudden job transfer. It was overwhelming, or would have been without Mike. I told him the situation, gave him the list of homes, and he was in there the next day making walkthrough videos for us.
