"Usually, a very friendly staff...but the Grinch was working today. I made an appointment to have my car detailed today at 9:30 AM. I arrived at 9:32 and was scolded by a young man with a beard, who told me I had just made it. He was sure to inform me that they only accepted details after 9:30 on Saturdays and were short-staffed today. Needless to say, I still need to get my car detailed, and buy a gift certificate for the better half. (I was 2 minutes late because I stopped at the bank to get cash for a tip)"
