"We have been attending theater and music productions here for more than 25+ years and are always impressed with the performances and musical groups that perform there. It is a decently preserved historic building in a nice setting on the Saco River. Parking is close by, the neighborhood, is safe and there are always plenty of volunteers to help you park, get a seat, etc. One recently welcomed feature is the addition of indoor plumbing. The theater is small and homey and the old chairs therein were replaced a few years ago by padded seats to add to the comfort."
"Very small venue with excellent equity actors. Looking forward to going again. Did need proof of vaccination and note there are no indoor bathrooms."
"Do I love this little venue! The building is adorable, and it is seated on the banks over the river, very quaint location. the person in charge of the event was very helpful and personable. the volunteers assisting with the event were helpful and friendly. We had the option of buying soda, water, or cookies.the band at this evening was an incredible, national band. The tickets were very reasonably priced, and we did have the option of paying an additional amount (I believe the ticket price that was charged was not enough to cover the cost of the band, but this way more people could afford to go.) I believe there are about a hundred and fifty seats in the venue. And parking was easy and quick, we parked right on the side of the road. It was a most excellent experience, and I'm sure I will be back!"
"David Mallett concert. Munchies and coffee/ soda /portapotties outside Raised seating in the back. Just about the right size for an almost intimate acoustic experience. Sound seemed to come from two speakers. Sound mixing could have been abit clearer. Ie. The base was there but the individual notes werentthat discernible. The fiddle was in and out. I must say though she was pretty decent!"
"Jennifer & Dana, & family & friends, have made this a beautiful fun place to go. We've only gone 2 plays ( because they are worth it!), But other entertainment is available in their hall + former church! You must go! You won't be disappointed!"
