I stopped by to look at a 2009 Toyota Matrix that I saw in the paper and was quite surprised by the level of service I received from this Family owned business, their level of professionalism is amazing, a level of service that rivals, and is on par with the big-car chains. "I Have waited about a year to write this review, I guess I was sceptical about buying a used car, That being said, my experience with Mid Cape Motors and with Jessica and Carlos was beyond anything I could have hoped for. The vehicle I Purchased was of course used and had some issues. however I was able to purchase the vehicle at a reduced price because of this. What happened after we left was true customer service. The vehicle developed a major problem with the engine,( well after the 30 day warranty) Carlos and Jessica were more than willing to step up and assist us with the repair, They dealt with the problem in a very timely and professional manor. I would Recommend Mid Cape Motors To Anyone Looking for a Great car buying experience"
