"I went in and asked to see if they had an item (crew neck sweatshirt) in Men’s XL, because only M and L were on display. They checked the back and said the brand ran large. I asked to try on the L, but they said they didn’t have a changing room. I said I would like to purchase the L size sweatshirt and return it if it wasn’t a good fit and they said it was against their store policy. I then went to purchase the same sweatshirt for cheaper online. I like to support local businesses but scenarios like this make it difficult."

"Bad experience! Got to the store july/06th/2023 at 6.40 pm and the place was closed!! Attendants doing nothing inside and the door closed. They just ignored me and my family! Awful!"
