"Out of all of the times I went to the walk in, I only had one good Dr that took me seriously and was so nice."
"I observed the greeter at the door asking people if they have COVID symptoms. One person said yes and asked that they put on a mask. No biggie, they did. However, the greeter touched that SAME pen, put it in her pocket and then gave it to the next patient. Did not use a red top or any other type of wipe or sanitizer. Sooo, my question is, what's the point of COVID precautions for patient safety if they're not followed? That next patient who said no they didn't have COVID symptoms could potentially be exposed to COVID. Sheesh."
"I was waiting in the side room to be seen and started feeling sick to my stomach. I started into the lobby to ask, but started to pass out so I slid down to the floor. The most the front desk person would do is hand me a vomit bag at an arms length and with tongs like I had some leper’s disease. She asked me a few times if I was ok, but never offered any help or called any. I managed to get myself back into the side room. Nobody helped or checked on me over the next 50 min. that I waited. What kind of care is that? I would give less than one star if possible."
"The best experience I've ever had at any walk-in care! I came in this evening for an ear infection and I saw FNP Olivia Beaulieu. She was amazing and was able to diagnose me right away, was very thorough, informative, and answered all my questions without me even having to ask! She was so kind, as well as the rest of the staff there this evening. Thank you all for everything you do."
"Don't waste your time and money with this place!! I brought my 67 y o mother who had severe upper respiratory symptoms to this urgent care. We saw Heather Montgomery FNP. The visit lasted less than 5 min, and we were told that her illness was "probably viral". They did COVID test and we were sent home and advised to visit the ER if symptoms worsen. No supportive medications were prescribed!. NOTHING!! We went to the urgent care so that we can get some medication and hopefully avoid the ER, but as it appears, these places exist to only collect money from people. Furthermore, my mother has a health insurance. We had to provide her insurance info over the phone as we were not allowed in the building while waiting. After some "computer problem", the lady on the phone said "everything was fine". A few days later we received a bill for $380 "NO INSURANCE ON FILE". We were not told that they were not able to enter the insurance info and we were going to be charged out of pocket! Now I have to file a claim myself and deal with the insurance company to straighten this mess. Bottom line, the NP did nothing for us, they did not informed us the insurance info did not go through, and overcharged $380 for 5 min "hello, go home" type of visit."
