"I recently attended Cakewood Creative Arts Winter Solstice Concert. I was profoundly affected by the beauty and message of this group’s performance. To attend an evening in the Cakewood Sanctuary in Waldoboro Maine is to be transported to a place of inherent peace. The magic and healing of their voices and musical compositions allowed me to center, rebalance and experience an inner calm as well as self reflect. Their art is especially needed in the world today where so many of us struggle on a daily basis to maintain a connection with our inner wisdom. What a gift it was to attend!"

"We attended a Cakewood Feast last night. I've never had food that has tasted so good. The chef obviously has a lifetime of high culinary experience and also is exceptionally creative with his dishes. We were served multiple entrees and homemade bread, and many, many side dishes and freshly made desserts- each a culinary delight. The table setting was magical. No electric lighting, completely candle lit! I don't want to give too much away but there was so much more to the experience of attending a Cakewood Feast. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to an night surrounded by beautiful people and magical ambiance. You will not be disappointed. P.S.
