"DO NOT BUY. THERE ARE BOOTS OUT THERE FOR THE SAME PRICE AND BETTER QUALITY I bought a pair of boots from this Freebird location less than a year ago and there are already massive holes in the sole of the boots. Extremely disappointed in how quickly these boots deteriorated as it seemed the price for the boots reflected a high quality product, that was evidently not the case. I’ve had Thursday Boots before and those lasted much longer. Don’t waste your money on their products as they do not last. I invested in Sorels and I am much more satisfied. Freebird will also not reimburse or assist in repairing the poor quality boots they sold you. Don’t make the regrettable mistake I made."

"My wife and I went there to buy a pair of cowboy boots. We were greeted by Monica, she was willing to go thru many pairs of boots to make sure we found one that fit right, even brought us a plastic bag to help slide the boot on. Never seemed put out by my wife trying on many pairs of boots. Attentive the whole time, even gave us bottles of water. Found the perfect pair of boots on sale. She checked in back to see if they had them. She ordered them for us in a mater of seconds. Plus free shipping A++ customer service!! Thank you Monica we will be back again for the next pair!"

"I came all the way from the other state which was 5 hours driving. I got to the store at 7 pm, and the doors were closed, even tho the working hours is till 9 pm. I heard someone inside so I have started calling, I heard my rings through the door, nobody picked up. I have waited till 7.30, 2 girls showed up and i begged them to open the door because i really want to purchase something and you are still on working hours. I did mention that I came from far away. guess what I got? nothing. the rudest ppl ever who told me that they are done for they day, and they don’t want to do anything to help. my heart was broken because of lack of humanity… zero stars, and please please follow your working hours.. this is a shame"

"Was walking down Newbury Street in Boston when I looked up and saw gorgeous boots in a window…into Freebird I went for the first time. Not only are the boots gorgeous but shopping there was such a pleasure. Exceptional customer service is so rare these days and your Boston staff is amazing. I left with a pair of Saloon graphite multis. I fully intend to make the 90 minute trip back to Boston for more."
