"Okay. I will say when it came to buying crickets for my animals Dr Drew's is wonderful. Which is why I thought that it would be amazing to give him my two leopard geckos which I felt like weren't being handled enough, loved enough, and made to feel like they were special. When I went in, about a month later, requesting to inquire about my gecko's I was first told by Mrs Drew that there was a chance I could see them once they were out of quarantine. But Mr Drew stepped in and immediately shut me down, asking why I would give up my gecko's if I loved them so much. Which I replied too saying I felt my gecko's deserved to be provided for better than I could do for them. However I was under the impression that I could at least check up on them once even if I had to pay, I just wanted to know and see that they were okay. I was then very adamantly told that they had no idea which geckos were which. I tried to be understanding but Mr Drew made me feel as if I was just a neglectful owner and basically that I just shouldn't have given them away if I hoped to see them again. I would have never brought my pets here if I had known this would be the outcome, I just wanted to do the right thing for them. Now I feel like they are getting less love and attention then I gave them, so if you're reading this and wondering if you're a good owner, you probably are. At least better than Mr Drew would be. Lesson learned."

"Brought my two boys and their cousin here today! I have to say this place exceeded all our expectations! All the staff were very welcoming and informative! It was a very hands on experience, with the boys being able to hold, touch and feed some of the animals. You can tell everyone there really care and love the animals. Loved meeting Mr Drew. He explained to the boys what gems and treasures they found in the digging sand room! And they ended doing a craft! Great experience and will definitely be back! 10 out of 10 recommended!"

"My daughter and I went today for $10 each, so $20. She is only two, but there was plenty for her to explore and do here. All the staff was super inviting and interactive. We were there for probably two hours, but it was such a relaxed environment I felt like we could’ve stayed all day. We got to dig for rocks and gems, color, play with magnets, read books, go in the tortoise pen, pet lizards, and more. 10 out of 10 highly recommend to anyone with children."

"We brought our lil girl for her birthday and all 3 of us had an amazing visit! Mr. Drew was there and was able to add a couple special lil moments to make her birthday special. It’s a great thing they do for the animals, not only rescuing, but rehabilitate and make whatever accommodations they may need. The entire staff seems to have a lot of knowledge on nearly any critter too. I’d recommend setting aside at least a hour as there is a LOT to see/ pat/ hold/ feed. Such a great local place to visit, we’re looking forward to coming back as new critters arrive and excited to watch this place grow! Highly recommended for all ages!"
