"Guy was so rude pumping gas and yelled at me several times never coming back here. Awful customer service."
"The workers are rude and dismissive every time. I tried to give them coins with the bills for gas and they wouldn’t accept them. I didn’t have time to argue but I’m pretty sure refusing currency in any denomination is illegal. Very poor business model. And I was going to use part of the change to tip the gentleman (although he wasn’t one) who pumped but oh well. I’ll take my money else where."
"I brought my 2010 car to Gibb’s this week in need of multiple repairs, an oil change and inspection, and four new tires. They called and provided me with a line-by-line quote before beginning work, and had it finished before the end of the week. They also fixed the air conditioning, an issue that Valvoline has tried to do multiple times and hadn’t ever solved long-term. The prices were extremely honest and the work they did was quick and high-quality. Would recommend to anyone."
"We’ve gone here for everything and anything over the years and they are always very affordable, very fast and take you in anytime. I highly recommend. Honestly best mechanic I’ve ever encountered. My sister in law came in from Natick and desperately needed her license plates bracketed to her car and an inspection done and Gibb’s took her right away and took care of it when the BMW dealership (one in metro west) was telling her it was going to be the following week and $$$ (she ordered brackets from Amazon and Gibb’s did the rest)"
