"Purchased shoes here for the holiday and was told I can return on Jan 6th. Got to the store and they said it had to be returned on Jan 5th. Store employee was very rude and said they could not give store credit and that it had to be exchanged for the exact same shoe. After being persistent and finally getting to the store manager, they allowed for a different shoe and some store credit. Entire experience was bad. Never buy from Jimmy Choo inside the Chestnut Hill Mall in Newton. My bad buying from this place. At least, I was able the write a review that might keep someone from buying here and making the same mistake."

"Terrible experience. I went there looking for shoes for my wedding and the sales associate was cold, unwelcoming, snobby and made me feel like I'm not suited for her "high end store" I am a doctor and was very well dressed and extremely (although looks shouldn't affect how you treat customers). I tried not let her attitude ruin the Jimmy Choo experience for me but after trying on a couple of heels I was uncomfortable and left without buying anything. Will not be returning to that store again, or any other Jimmy Choo store for that matter."
