"It's all good when you have a scheduled appt but they never answer phone before 8am. Ive called left message each day for a call back and nothing. I realize these places are backed up and over booked and short handed but make an effort to call back. I should not have to nag."
"I have gone to pines in caribou for over a decade, and have always been treated with respect and dignity. Dr. Burchill always tries to do whatever she can to help treat pain and sickness. Nurses and staff are very nice, and scripts are always called in on time."
"Hurt back had appt the next day for wellness check. Would not change reason for appt. Send to walk in clinic. Signed on door said 12 to 8. It was 10:30. Ask someone working there and they said 5 to 8. Had to go to Er to have back. Check. I was in pain and you would not see me."
"Just an average office. Billing department doesn't do a great job of proper billing procedures many times. Staff was friendly enough. Had them as primary care for 10+ years. My and my son's doctor (Flynn) was a shining star for us. Knowledgeable, courteous, and always staying on top of new information being provided in consortiums and conventions."
