The Bridgton Community Center, located at 15 Depot Street in Bridgton, Maine, is a hub for connecting members of the community with social, physical, and cultural resources to enhance their quality of life. As a resource and referral center, we are certified to counsel non-Medicare/Maine Care clients seeking affordable health coverage. Additionally, our programs, supported by Community Development Block Grant funds, aim to improve access to services. We also offer training and certification through the Southern Maine Agency on Aging to assist new and existing Medicare recipients during open enrollment.
At the Bridgton Community Center, our staff and volunteers are dedicated members of the community who are knowledgeable about local, state, and federal resources. We understand that it can be overwhelming to navigate through various needs, and we are here to help directly or guide you to the right assistance.
